WEP Info

It’s going to be a great ski/board day this Friday! However, there is one issue we could use your help with. This Friday only, our ski buses will be making a mid-day run after they drop us off at the mountain. This means all of your child’s gear will be required to come off the bus when they get to the mountain. Any gear your child does NOT need access to will be stored in a chaperone’s mini-van, while any items like their lunch, extra gloves, etc… they want access to will go with them to the ski lodge. To help your child be successful with this transition, could you please help them with the following Thursday night:

-Make sure all of their gear is labeled

-Gear they do NOT need access to while they’re on the mountain should be stored in ONE labeled backpack/duffle bag

-Items/Gear they WANT access to should be stored in ONE smaller labeled bag

**Reminder** WEP #6 has been rescheduled for Friday, February 17th

School Closed, WEP Cancelled

1) Ironically, WEP is cancelled Friday as well due to snow!

2) Friday, Jan. 27th, was originally scheduled to be a professional-development day for teachers and staff.  The district is assessing whether it can be used as a make-up day instead.
