Delicious Pancake Breakfast at Salmon Bay School will raise funds for some of our students to participate in “Bridges to Understanding,” a photo/cultural exchange between international students and students in Melanie’s Spanish classes. The breakfast is from 9-12 in the morning, and costs $7 per person or $25 per family. Enjoy local community, tasty flapjacks with scrumptious toppings and stay for global connections at the (FREE!) Fair Trade Fair that runs from 9-2 pm.
Booths will include Guatemalan textiles from UKUSH, rolled paper bead jewelry from Beads For Life, Market Street Traders, fair trade coffee/chocolate, Heifer International and much more. Holiday shopping anyone? Fill your belly, warm your heart, and have a great time on SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 21st.
Salmon Bay School is located at 1810 NW 65th Street in Ballard. Hope to see you there!
